At Datum we specialise in the production of Pattern and Model equipment for the Foundry and associated Engineering industries. We also specialise in the production of GRP / Composite Products for the Rail and other industries.

Our well equipped Pattern and Tool shop operates out of 6000 sq ft and offers full CAD / CAM solutions from data origination in the CAD department to full machining on one of four machining centres. We also offer traditional manufacture of Patterns and Models with a highly skilled and motivated workforce operating from a fully equipped facility.

Our Composite Products division operates out a separate 6000sq ft facility and produces a wide range of Polyester or Phenolic mouldings from the very small to the very large and from either one off`s to 1000`s by traditional hand lay or RTM. We also supply Vacuum Formed parts in a variety of different plastics. From a concept, to a reality, Datum can meet your GRP requirements.

The Company is also accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and supplies quality assured products.
